Co-Principal

Ali Malik

• Ali grew up in a hardworking immigrant family in Canada and is trained in engineering, marketing and business.

• Ali has a background in agile project management in various telcos and has experience growing smaller companies as well as exited his own small tech start up.

• Ali has invested in food manufacturing, transport, and distribution in his career.

• Most recently, Ali was a marketing director and board member of a boutique Asset management company active in education and healthcare in Canada.

• Prior, Ali was the product manager, working for the largest holding company in Japan, tasked with rolling out a digitization strategy and execution for one of its assets

• Ali received his MBA from IE Business School in Madrid in 2016, his B.Sc. In IT from the Southern University of New Hampshire in the U.S., and his Technical Diploma in Computer Programming from Seneca College in Canada.

Uladzimir Behunkou

• Uladzimir has over 15 years of experience in solution & management consulting, venture capital, and private equity areas.

• Most recently, Uladzimir was a venture partner at VU Venture Partners – a multi-stage investment fund. In this capacity, he sourced investment opportunities using a structured approach, developed investment theses around various industry verticals, conducted quantitative and qualitative deep due diligence, and invested in 2 companies.

• Prior to VU, Uladzimir was a management consulting expert at Mastercard Advisors, where he generated strategic insights and suggestions for issuing banks and led key client engagements and problem-solving processes.

• Uladzimir received his MBA from IE Business School in 2016.

• Uladzimir passed Level II of the CFA Program.
